Trillium Farms Sugar Shack

This project combines a sugar shack and small retail space. Allowing for the collection and processing of sap into maple syrup on one side, and also facilitating the sale of the maple syrup directly from the other side. The project features spaces for every step of the process from collection of raw materials, to refinement, storage, and a small cafe where customers can experience the production process and take home a fresh bottle of syrup.
